    We offer homes for rent throughout Wichita, Andover, and Derby, KS.   • How do I apply for a rental home?

    To apply for one of our homes for rent, please visit our website and complete the online application. You’ll need to provide personal information, proof of income, and a background check. Once your application is submitted, the team at Two54 Management, LLC will review it and contact you with the next steps.

  • What's the rent for your homes?

    Rent prices vary depending on the size, location, and features of each property. Our homes for rent typically range from $500 to $2300 per month. Please check our website for the most current listings and pricing, or contact us directly for more details.

  • What's included in the rent?

    Each property has different features, but most of our homes for rent include the following: 


    • Standard appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher) - - Lawn care (where applicable)
    • Trash removal maintenance services (24/7 emergency maintenance)

    Additional utilities such as water, electricity, and gas are typically the responsibility of the tenant unless specified otherwise.

  • What's your pet policy?

    Two54 Management, LLC understands that pets are an important part of your family. Many of our homes for rent allow pets, but there are breed and size restrictions. A pet deposit may also be required. Please check individual property listings for specific pet policies.

  • Do you require a security deposit?

    Yes, Two54 Management, LLC requires a security deposit for all homes for rent. The amount of the deposit is typically equal to one month’s rent, though it may vary based on the property and applicant qualifications. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your lease, minus any damages or outstanding fees.

  • What is the lease term?

    Our typical lease term is 12 months. However, we may offer shorter or longer lease options depending on the property. Please inquire about available options when applying for homes for rent.

  • Do you offer rent-to-own or lease-to-own options?

    At this time, Two54 Management, LLC doesn't offer rent-to-own or lease-to-own programs. However, we encourage you to reach out if you are interested in exploring homeownership options, and we can provide resources and advice.   • How do I pay my rent?

    Rent can be paid online through our secure tenant portal. We also accept payments via check or money order. For more information on payment methods for our homes for rent, please visit the "Pay Rent" section of our website.

  • What happens if I need to move out early?

    If you need to move out of one of our homes for rent before your lease ends, you may be subject to early termination fees and may need to find a replacement tenant. Please review your lease agreement for details or contact us to discuss your options.

    You can submit a maintenance request via our online tenant portal or by calling our office during business hours. For emergency repairs, please use our 24/7 emergency line.

  • What should I do if there’s an issue with my property?

    If you notice any issues with your rental home, please report them to us right away. We are dedicated to maintaining our homes in good condition and will address any concerns as quickly as possible.

  • Can I make changes to the property (e.g., paint walls, install shelving)?

    Any modifications to the property must be approved by Two54 Management beforehand. Please contact our office before making any alterations, as unauthorized changes may result in penalties.
